What to expect...
Reaching out for support in challenging or vulnerable times can be difficult, but you’ve already taken the first major step in supporting yourself by reaching here. I wanted to make it as easy as possible for you to move forward from here and have outlined a step by step process for what to expect next below.

01
Get in touch with me via email, Instagram, or Facebook enquiry
Let me know if you’re interested in hearing more about my counselling services.
02
I'll get back to you
I'll aim to get back to your enquiry within three working days via the contact method you used. I’ll answer any initial queries you have and we can arrange an optional 15-20 minute chat, free of charge, or we can book you in for an appointment.

03
Free introductory chat (optional)
It’s important to get a good feel for your counsellor, and I’d highly recommend chatting to a few different ones to find a good fit for you. A 15-20 minute introductory chat allows us to find out what support you are looking for. This support can be reviewed as we go.
04
Contracting
Prior to your first appointment, I will forward you my contracting agreement which covers things such as confidentiality, cancellation policies, and payment agreements. This can be discussed fully in our initial appointment.

05
Initial appointment
The first appointment (sometimes more if required) tends to be an assessment to get an overview of the challenges you are facing, what supports you have in place, and to begin to plan our work together.
